Q. What payment options do you accept?
A. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa/Delta, Mastercard, Laser (Ireland). We use WorldPay.com for our secure online payments.
You can also mail a check or money order to the address above but please note items are not shipped until your check or money order clears (usually 5 business days). If you would like to pay by bank transfer please also contact us.
Q. Are your items genuine?
A. Yes, all of our items are genuine. One purchasing amber jewelry items sold under "Amber World" trade mark should have no doubt about the highest quality of the work up of amber pieces. The quality is strictly controlled while the whole process of amber jewelry production.
Every "Amber World" amber jewelry item has special certificate. Every "Amber World" amber inclusion has individual identity certificate.
Q. How long will my order take to deliver?
A. Items in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after your payment is received via Standard Mail or FedEx as you choose.
Standard mail can take up to 1 week within Europe and up to 10-14 days within America or Asia. FedEx offers delivery time of 1-3 days.
STANDARD MAIL FOR YOUR ORDERS OVER 50 EUR IS FREE OF CHARGE. For orders less then 50 EUR it will cost 4 EUR.
To ship via FedEx (up to 0.5 kg) will cost 37 EUR.
Items not in stock may take longer. If your item requires sizing, please allow extra delivery time for them. If at any time you want to know the availability of an item please email or call us.
PLEASE NOTE THE ITEMS NOT IN STOCK WILL TAKE APPROX 2 WEEKS OR LONGER FOR DELIVERY.
Q. Can I get my item any quicker?
A. Yes, any in stock item may be shipped via any courier delivery service available in Lithuania (DHL, UPS, FedEx) for an additional charge. Please advise us when ordering. If you are in a rush please make sure to contact us to see if the item is in stock. If you choose express delivery & your item is not in stock, you will be notified promptly via email & your order will be changed to standard delivery.
Q. Can I get an item in a different length, size, or color than the one stated?
A. Many times we have other sizes available but not listed. When we don't we may be able to order the item specially for you (special order terms may apply - please inquire). The same goes for switching amber or colors on certain items.
Q. How do I know my ring size?
A. Please contact us via email or by phone and give us your name & address and we'll send you out a easy-to-use ring sizer. This is usually the best way.
Q. How do I check on the status of my order?
A. If at any time you wish to check the status of your order you can check our website with the tracking number you have, email us or call us. Please reference your order number when you contact us.
Q. Is the gift wrapping available?
A. Yes, we have special packaging for our amber jewellery and inclusions, you can see photos on our website. This is free of charge, please advise if you need this service.
Buy with Confidence - 7 day Approval Guarantee
We want you to be completely confident when you buy from us. For most items you can return what you buy to us in new condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund. We will not be able to compensate your sending cost however as well as sending cost when you return your purchased goods back to us will be at your expense.
Goods returned after the expiry of our approval guarantee
If you do not want to keep what you have ordered, we may at our discretion,
accept goods returned to us after the expiry of our Approval Guarantee.
However, we reserve the right to make a charge to your account to cover the
costs of returning such an item.
Unjustified Returns
We do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not in new condition, not in the original packaging, or if you have returned the incorrect items. A charge per item will be added to your account to cover the extra handling and postage costs we incur.
Goods not received
Claims in relation to goods charged but not received should be made within 30 days of the statement charge. Failure to do so may affect your claim.
Faulty items
If you discover that an item has a genuine manufacturing or inherent fault outside the Approval period, we will arrange to repair or replace it – just contact us.
